Hi Guys!
Just one skyview from Rannalhi island Resort shows you how small the island is.
After closing the company on Fiha Lhohi, I got the opportunity to work with Dive point as a Base Leader on Rannalhi Resort.
Dive point is located on four different islands and are working with Adaaran Resort. Marcus Hauck and Jalal "Jerry" Mohamed are the owners and together with the team, we offer the best diving spots in the area.
The dives in south Male atoll are very interesting and there is a lot to see and to discover.
Hope to see you one day on Rannalhi!
Take care and regards from a small island in the middle of the ocean...

Once per year during the "Salon de la plongee" in Paris, the French Association National des Moniteurs de Plongee - ANMP organize a photo contest with different categories.
Fredericboch.com presented three pictures in the "ambiance" category with statues from one underwater temple located in Bali - Pemuteran.
One of the three shots - presented by side - won the first price !
Thanks again for your votes and to the ANMP for participating.
Also, thanks to Cpt Paul & the Sea Rovers team in Pemuteran to let me discover this dive spot. |

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
fredericboch.com wish you a Happy New Year 2012!!
I just want to say that I'm sorry not to have been very active on my Blog and homepage. I will try to do my best for 2012.
This New Year has started with a new job as I moved back to Fiha Lhohi Island Resort by middle of December to be in charge of our Diving Centers. It is really good to be back to Fiha and see the island again. The dives are different compare to North Male Atoll. There are, like in Club Faru, so many interesting dives, which are really enjoyable. Our House reef is fabulous and there is every day something different to discover.
The Island is, as you can see on the picture made by my friends from amriphoto.com is a fantastic shot and its represents perfectly where you can find me.
I'm looking forward to fulfill my new functions on both islands and I hope to meet you once on Fiha Lhohi.
fredericboch.com wish you all the best for this coming year!

Dear all,
After long time not being able to update fredericboch.com, I would like to present you the new pictures which are coming soon. It will start, as you have already seen, with a new gallery - Bali - Pemuteran & Amed. Pemuteran located on the northwest side from Bali and Amed on the east.
Amed wall - which I dove many times - and Tulamben are absolutely fantastic places for macro photography and the wreck is very nice. You just need to go a little earlier, you might have a lot of divers. It was a pleasure to meet again the staff at Jukung dive and thanks again to Reinier, Maarten, and Michiel for the organization and the perfect food which I nearly had every day!
Pemuteran was a new destination for me. I was really surprised to see the difference between west and east. The dives cannot be compared and both are very interesting. The close island Menjangan and the different dive spots offer to every diver, the possibility to discover many things like huge table coral formation and gorgonian fan in orange color. Current sometimes occurs, and allows drift diving with some big fishes. The macro world is very nice and I could discover many nudibranches and finally a Mandarin fish during the night dive. The point is that I could not make a picture on that dive, do not ask me why.... Thanks also to Captain Paul - Sea Rovers - and Abdul for taking care of my Dad during the few dives he did. Paul do not forget! you are still at 99! Guys do not ask, this is a small insider...
Also, the Gallery Maldives will be updated with some new shots, just have a look, this will come on a regular basis.
Enjoy the galleries! |
